Our security personnel undergo comprehensive preparation to effectively handle contemporary threats, receiving extensive instruction in areas such as access control, patrol techniques, emergency procedures, counterterrorism strategies, management of aggressive behavior, active assailant, effective communication, and firearms proficiency. Furthermore, our school security officers are required to achieve a minimum qualification of 90% at the firearms range to be eligible for assignments at educational institutions where they provide security services.

School Security Officer:

At 365 Security Management, we recognize the significance of school safety and provide specialized armed security officers services tailored specifically to private schools. Our officers undergo meticulous background checks and training to ensure they remain well-versed in the latest security protocols and techniques. We collaborate closely with school administrators to develop comprehensive security plans tailored to address the specific needs and potential threats of each campus. Our armed security officers are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and surveillance equipment, enabling them to respond swiftly to any situation that may arise. 365 Security Management places a strong emphasis on recruiting exceptional security officers who possess solid backgrounds in military and law enforcement.

Scope of Duties and Services:

Prevention or abatement of active assailant incidents on school premises.
Immediately responds to and engages to stop the threat of an active assailant.
Utilizes and monitors surveillance technology.
Monitors students within a variety of school environments, (ex. playgrounds, hallways, library, cafeteria, parking lots, etc,) for the purpose of ensuring the safety and welfare of students. (Optional)
Provides support in school and district emergency situations and participates in all school emergency drills, e.g. fire, lockdown, active assailant, hostage, etc.
